The NHS Connecting for Health Nursing & Midwifery Development Programme is working with the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), Community Practitioners and Health Visitors Association (CPHVA), Royal College of Midwives (RCM) and the UK regulatory body for nursing and midwifery – The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) to try and understand the need for internet based information which could be made available at the point of care or place of work.

The reports were based on a cohort study which linked daily antidepressant use with an increase risk of fracture. Further research is needed to confirm the findings.
